BREASTFEEDING
Breastfeeding Resource Center — an excellent facility in Abington that has onsite lactation consultants, as well as pump supplies.
Newman Breastfeeding Clinic and Institute — Dr. Jack Newman is a world renowned expert on all aspects of breastfeeding. His website is our “go-to” resource.
LactMed — a great searchable database of medication safety in breastfeeding.  They also have a free app.

MENTAL HEALTH
Postpartum Stress Center in Rosemont is a great resource with support groups, seminars and individual therapists.
